Order Processing

Digital Products
All digital products are delivered electronically.
Digital downloads are final sale and non-refundable.
Once a digital product has been delivered, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
Returns & Exchanges (Physical Products)
We accept returns on unused, unworn physical products within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
Return Conditions

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
