Orders & Shipping
When will my order ship?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States only.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible at hello@activeryco.com. Once an order has been processed or shipped, changes may not be possible.
Returns & Exchanges
Do you accept returns?
We accept returns on unused, unworn physical products within 14 days of delivery, subject to our return policy.
Are digital products returnable?
No. All digital products are final sale and non-refundable.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos and your order number, and we’ll make it right.
Product Questions
Are your products beginner-friendly?
Yes. Our products are designed for everyday movement, low-impact workouts, and approachable strength training. Always listen to your body and move at your own pace.
Are your wrist and ankle weights sold individually or as a pair?
They are sold as a pair. Each weight is 1 lb, for a total of 2 lbs per set.
Can your wrist and ankle weights be worn interchangeably?
Yes. All wrist and ankle weights are designed to be worn on either wrists or ankles.
What’s the difference between the weight styles?
Some styles use a buckle-and-velcro closure, while others feature a wraparound velcro design. Each product page notes the specific fit style.
Do resistance bands roll or snap?
Our fabric resistance bands are designed to stay in place and feel comfortable during movement, unlike traditional rubber bands.
Digital Products
How do digital downloads work?
After purchase, you’ll receive a link to download your digital product. You can print the files or view them on your device.
Do I need Activery equipment to use the workout cards?
No. Our digital workout cards can be used with any compatible equipment or, in the case of bodyweight cards, no equipment at all.
